You have come to the right place. You do NOT need to be an artist, but you can be. Can you hold a marker? Scribble? Doodle? You're qualified! Art therapy uses art to communicate and reveal the treasures and patterns about you and things you would like to heal, change or release. It doesn't need to be pretty, but it will be in many ways. It can be playful and ugly at the same time. It is not about the beauty of the artwork. It is about what it reveals and heals.
Healing doesn't need to be heavy or hard… Together through art exploration and talking we can bring you to a lighter, more joyful self. We can move through trauma, grief and the transitions and the stress of everyday life. You will be creating a masterpiece. That masterpiece is a happy, healthy you!
