You've noticed a lot of anxiety, a feeling of being stuck, or a struggle to connect with others on a deeper level. I work with adults who are ready to know themselves on a deeper level, and find their way forward. My expertise lies in helping you untangle complicated relationships, whether with family, friends, partners or yourself, and process the feelings that come along with that.

I am LGBTQ+ affirmative, and often work with people coping with the lingering effects of a religious or otherwise controlling upbringing. I also work a lot with grief, whether it's the loss of a relationship, the death of a friend of family member, or losing a beloved pet. I also offer Ketamine Assisted therapy for those seeking deeper spiritual work.
