You're a people pleaser who seems to have it all together, but you're navigating a new chapter in your life, struggling with grief or issues in your relationships, or just feeling the weight of the world on your shoulders. You've noticed a lot of anxiety, a feeling of being stuck, or a struggle to connect with others on a deeper level. I work with adults who are ready to know themselves on a deeper level, and find their way forward. My expertise lies in helping you untangle complicated relationships, whether with family, friends, partners or yourself, and process the feelings that come along with that.
I am LGBTQ+ affirmative, and often work with people coping with the lingering effects of a religious or otherwise controlling upbringing. I also work a lot with grief, whether it's the loss of a relationship, the death of a friend of family member, or losing a beloved pet. I also offer Ketamine Assisted therapy for those seeking deeper spiritual work.
Ready to write a new chapter? You don't have to navigate this alone. I provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental space for you to heal from relational wounds, rebuild a healthy sense of self, find relief from the grip of existential anxiety in order to find more freedom and authenticity, meaning, and joy in life. Come as you are.
