I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). In my years as a Marriage and Family Therapist, I have worked with individuals of all ages, from diverse cultural backgrounds and with a broad spectrum of struggles impacting their life. My practice is based on a foundation of providing a compassionate attitude and being especially attuned to providing a safe, non-judgmental protected space for clients.
My communication style and approach to therapy are personable and warm, and I work to provide support and guidance to clients to help them address the concerns bringing them into therapy. I work with adults and adolescents struggling with depression, anxiety, self-doubt, relationships issues, stress, and navigating through personal growth and change.
My therapeutic approach includes evidenced based practices (CBT, DBT) with interventions and sessions specific to the need of each individual. In an initial session we can discuss your goals for therapy which will also allow you to get an idea of my therapeutic approach and if it is a good fit for you.
