I specialize in helping clients work through trauma, PTSD, dissociation, attachment wounds, and complex emotional and relational experiences, with a focus on LGBTQIA+ and women’s issues. Using EMDR, IFS, CBT, DBT and TF-CBT, we work to reduce distress, improve emotional regulation, and help you feel more connected, steady, and empowered in your life.
