Managing daily life is hard work. If you have come here for relief and guidance, then I commend you. I have over 30 years of experience working with children, adolescents, young adults and families in need. My specialty is working with youth of all ages and providing support to parents who often feel frustrated and alone. Parents wake up every morning and tackle the toughest job in the world, which is raising kids. I am incredibly skilled at connecting with young people of all ages and I know how to build rapport quickly. Together we will find solutions that will help restore peace in your home and sanity in your life.
I'd describe myself as genuine, supportive and strength based. However, I'm also direct and will always be honest with you. My goal is to support you in achieving your goals. In therapy, you'll learn how to reframe negative thinking, how to communicate so others can hear you and you will learn coping skills to help better manage your feelings and behavior.
