Hello, and welcome! I provide in-person therapy in Naperville, IL and telehealth therapy across Illinois and Indiana. I work with adults who are navigating anxiety, mood difficulties, grief, and the lingering effects of childhood sexual or physical abuse. I specialize in working with women who are experiencing narcissistic abuse, in family or partner relationships. If you have experienced the profound confusion and isolation of narcissistic abuse, please know you do not have to heal alone. I offer a safe, deeply validating space specifically tailored to help you understand these confusing dynamics and find your voice.
I offer a specialized, holistic approach combining EMDR and mind-body therapies to help you process complex relational trauma where it lives—in both the mind and body. I also offer Brainspotting, as well as IADC, or Induced After Death Communication, an EMDR- based approach to process grief and traumatic loss. Please reach out with any questions!
