Hello and welcome! I am licensed in Indiana and Illinois, and I provide convenient telehealth sessions across both states, as well as in-person sessions at my Indiana office. My practice specializes in helping clients recover from the deep wounds of narcissistic abuse, navigating the unique challenges and strengths of the LGBTQ community, and processing the lasting impact of childhood trauma. I approach therapy with compassion, authenticity, and respect, guiding clients toward greater self-understanding and resilience.
In therapy, you’ll have the space to share openly in an environment where you are listened to with care and respect. I offer both EMDR and Brainspotting, and I am also trained in Induced After Death Communication (IADC), an EMDR technique that has shown to be highly effective for processing grief and traumatic loss.
I am honored to provide a sacred space for our work together, and in this supportive environment, we work together to understand your experiences and move toward growth.
