They may struggle with anxiety, depression, or life transitions, finding it difficult to navigate daily stressors, relationships, or personal expectations. Despite their struggles, they are open to self-reflection and willing to take steps—however small—toward greater emotional well-being. Clients comes to therapy because they are ready for change, even if they don’t yet know what that change looks like. They are tired of feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve them.
I believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship as one of the greatest platforms for change, consistency of non-judgmental support and validation, and the establishment of safety and trust for healing and authentic personal growth. I also believe in identifying and utilizing strengths to help achieve goals and improved emotional health.
