I have a passion for helping people who have experienced developmental trauma and attachment wounds from their earliest caregivers. People who have experienced childhood abuse may have low-self esteem, depression, anger problems and anxiety. These conditions cause people to have difficulties connecting with others, maintaining a steady job or maintaining healthy relationships. Such individuals may have anxious or avoidant attachment styles, or living in solitude not by choice. Other clientele may believe that people are out to get them. My wish is to be present with you so you do not have to be alone in your healing journey
EMDR, brainspotting, and IFS have been proven to be effective treatments for trauma. Both modalities deal with the subconscious/unconscious part of the brain where our emotions are housed. Working directly with our emotions is key to our healing. Also an Anger Management Specialist II.
My desire is to help people achieve their dreams. I also enjoy facilitating deeper bonds between couples and helping people regulate their emotions. What you get is a dedicated therapist who sincerely cares about you and finding the best ways to guide you to where you want to go in life.
