I have worked in a variety of human services settings with people from a diversity of experiences, cultures, and beliefs. I have experience working with people who have experienced trauma of many kinds, from overt abuse or crises to subtle relational wounds that impact everyday behaviors and interactions.
I work well with adults of all ages who are in transition or feeling stuck: wanting to change old patterns that are no longer working or experiencing new circumstances in life that are confusing or challenging. My approach to therapy is relational and collaborative; patient, curious, and encouraging.
