About
Do you feel that your or your child are struggling? Are you having feelings of anxiety, depression, difficult life transitions, or grieving a loss in your life? Are you struggling to find meaning? I am happy to work with you from a strength-based, collaborative approach to help you find or establish the way you want to live. I specialize in women's issues, trauma informed care, LGBTQA+ empowerment, spiritual/religious trauma, and twice exceptional/giftedness. I believe you have the strength and knowledge within to promote healing, resiliency, and transformation. For more information, please visit my website.
I completed my Masters of Arts in Counseling from Regis University and am currently a licensed professional counselor. I'm experienced in working with at-risk youth 3-18 and adults 18-60. I have collaborated with human services, school systems, and other mental health systems. I utilize expressive, creative, and traditional talk therapy modalities.
It takes courage to ask for help and I honor this in my clients. I strive to collaborate with my clients to find and achieve goals and solutions that are right for them. I also work to ensure that my clients get the support they need and offer a flexible fee scale. I am happy to speak with you and answer any questions you may have.
