I once heard, "everything you want is on the other side of fear." Therapy can help bridge the gap of where you would like to be and where you are. I collaborate with clients to identify goals and address barriers to change. I have Masters degrees in both Counseling and Psychological Services and in Clinical Psychology (with a trauma focus) and am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. I have been working in the mental health field for the past 20 years in various capacities including community mental health, residential treatment, crisis counseling, and individual therapy.
I work with clients to tailor treatment plans to meet their needs. Ages 18+
