My helping philosophy is that everyone has within themselves the capacity for growth and healing, but they may need a skilled guide to access those inner resources. I strive to provide a safe place for you to find your strengths and possibilities. I am available to help you navigate concerns from mental health and wellness management, life challenges and navigating life transitions. I've had specific success in anxiety and depression management; mental health/wellness management; issues specific to women in transition; disability adjustment; and high school and college student transition.

My therapeutic approach changes with each individual's needs, but will always promote your uniqueness as a person and focus on your capabilities to lead a fulfilling and meaningful life. I am happy to partner with you on your wellness journey. I also evaluate emotional support animals and supervise counselors toward their LPC-MHSP status.

A former professor who trained counselors, I have 25 years experience working w/clients, including women and students in transition and disability issues. Call, text or email me today.
