About
Are you an adult struggling with ADHD, anxiety, trauma/PTSD, or a life transition? Does your ADHD manage you, rather than you manage it? Are you feeling ‘stuck’ in some area of your life? Executive functioning not where you want it to be? Poor impulse control? Always ‘in your head’ about things? Codependency issues? Need help navigating Recovery? The first step is reaching out - let me know how I may assist you in reaching your goals. Let's (re)build your self-confidence together. I am here to listen, support you, and provide a safe space. 100% online/video sessions, no in-office.
I am a Certified EMDR Therapist, and it is effective via telehealth. I have utilized EMDR Therapy in my practice to successfully address a range of issues. It is time to live fully in the here-and-now; EMDR is a tool to move past whatever is holding you back. My approaches are client-centered and evidence-based. Therapy is driven by your individual needs.
I've been supporting clients in Recovery for close to two decades. 12-Step, Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT), Harm Reduction - all are part of building a foundation for the rest of your life. I can't do it for you, but I know 'we' can. Let me help you. Think about it: if you could have done it on your own, you already would have.
