Welcome to my page, whether you struggle with anxiety, depression, substance abuse, or any other issue you should know that there is hope for a better tomorrow. I am a veteran in the field with over 15 years of experience with children, families, teenagers, couples, and adults. However, I currently see mostly adults and like to focus on really pushing through those stuck patterns from childhood, trauma, and lifelong insecurities/issues that just don't seem to go away. Many of my clients come in with depression, PTSD, anxiety, panic attacks, emotional & narcissistic abuse, and relationship issues.

We will work together to help you or your relationship get back on your feet and make real lasting changes in your life. My approach to therapy is based on the individual's need. However, I use experiential techniques, EMDR, and "here and now" based feedback to push yourself to make the changes needed.

We will work together to identify self-defeating patterns and determine changes that will lead to a more enriched and joyful life. The first step to change is making that first telephone call. Now is the time, not later.
