Being a person is hard af. That's the first thing to acknowledge when you consider reaching out for support; I promise you: everyone is struggling in some way or another, despite what their social media might suggest.
Sorting through your shit and figuring out what to toss and what to keep is a journey, and you may need different things at different times.

For couples in coaching, I offer a neutral, active, empathetic third party who can observe and identify your dynamics and quickly help you make progress in your connection (building or rebuilding).
