About
I offer individual, couple, family and group therapy for issues including anxiety, depression, couple/family conflict, body image, college readiness. I balance acceptance, compassion and empathy with a results-oriented approach. Therapy is a partnership in which we will work on increasing self-awareness, strengthening relationships, building skills, and making life changes. I draw from my experience and training in Gestalt Couple, Family, Individual and Group Therapy, Maudsley Family Based Treatment, CBT, DBT, and SPACE for children with anxiety.
I am certified as a Gestalt Psychotherapist by The Gestalt Institute of Cleveland and hold State of OH Certification in School Social Work, NASW certification as an Anti-Oppression Informed Practitioner.
