I am available for face to face individual, couples, & family sessions, local walk & talks, and Telehealth throughout the state of South Carolina. Helping individuals health through their most valued relationships is my niche. I believe humans are designed for relationships. I embrace a client-centered approach and practice my strongest techniques in spaces with more than one person. As a family therapist, I welcome multiple people in the brave space I have established. I have 20 plus years of experience working with minors and their families, and I am now trained to work with distressed couples and intergenerational repair.
As a personal survivor of multiple adverse childhood experiences and C-PTSD, I value where folks come from with my whole heart, but that's not who you are. You are more than the sum of past mistakes.
