Are you unsure of what the next right step is? I would like to help you reach your goals by uncovering challenges and identifying strengths. My priority is to provide a safe environment, where you can be transparent, as well as feel supported in taking on challenges. I have experience working with individuals, couples, and families with a variety of mental health concerns, including behavioral issues, anxiety, anger, trauma, grief, depression, and addiction.
I have extended experience working with couples in church ministry settings, where there are unique pressures that often go unseen in traditional counseling.
AdditionalIy, I am trauma informed and can help equip clients with healthy coping techniques to safely process trauma. I am also a certified Symbis Assessment Facilitator, for pre-marriage counseling.
I look forward to meeting you. Please feel free to reach out to see if we might be a good fit to work together toward achieving your goals.
