Finding the “right fit” in therapy can be overwhelming and time-consuming. Healing is possible, and it shouldn't take a lifetime to get there! My primary focus is to create a safe and supportive space while promoting individual and/or posttraumatic growth. My goal is to empower you to share your stories and encourage healing from those experiences, by using a combination of deep listening, CBT/DBT, narrative exposure therapy and other evidence-based modalities for profound and lasting change.
I specialize working with clients who are experiencing short/long term symptoms of PTSD, ADHD, anxiety, domestic violence, sexual violence, childhood trauma, traumatic stress, depression, addiction or loss. I am currently working with teens and adults all over Ohio. Military welcome!
Many of us feel stuck in the darkness, feel lost or angry, have guilt, shame and fight internal battles no one else can see. You are not alone. I truly love being in this field where I can use my knowledge and training to help others, and I would love to work with you.
