I use my background in Reiki and Transpersonal growth and development with my knowledge of mental health to create a unique approach that looks at your whole self (mental, emotional, physical and spiritual). I combine humor and direct communication with care and compassion to offer comfortable, real support that helps you find your truth and begin to heal.
