About
I specialize in adolescent, couple, and family dynamics. I speak to groups and offer therapy to individuals, couples, and families. I have a particular interest in adolescent development, pre-marital counseling, relationship challenges, depression, anxiety, grief, divorce, elder issues, and obstacles to personal growth.
As a licensed mental health provider I am also a certified Marriage and Family Therapist, Nurturing Parenting Program Facilitator, and Field Traumatologist. I also hold a certificate in the field of School Social Work through the Florida Department of Education and a Florida license in Clinical Social Work.
I think of myself as real & realistic. I like to laugh and I want you to feel welcome in my office. I incorporate holistic and research-based therapeutic approaches. I teach graduate courses and provide professional consultation to public and private schools, corporations, and non-profit organizations.
