About
Einstein defined insanity as doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result. If you are looking for things to change and are willing to work with me, things can get better. So many clients enter therapy with apprehension and a lack of hope for things to improve. I focus my practice on creating trust and getting my clients back on track as quickly and as comfortably as possible. Therapy begins with an end in mind and you and I would work together to make sure we are always making progress towards goals.
I work with people of all ages and a wide variety of struggles through individual, couple, and family therapy. Common reasons people call for services include adjustment problems, anxiety and worrying, behavioral problems, depression or sadness, divorce, impulse/attention problems, loss issues, parenting difficulties, and relationship or school problems.
I welcome children, adolescents, and adults to therapy. I am conveniently located just outside of Uptown Charlotte without the hassle of parking garages. I offer day and evening appointments and hope to work with you soon!
