I am deeply passionate about supporting women and families through the emotional and relational challenges associated with pregnancy, the postpartum period, and adjusting to parenthood. I also work with adults and adolescents experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, trauma, life transitions, and grief and loss.
I strive to provide a warm, trusting, and genuine therapeutic environment. My approach is client-centered, nonjudgmental, and collaborative.
