Hello! Owner/Therapist at Core Wellness, Amy Koziarski, LISW-S has been in the mental health field since 2002 and enjoys working with diverse populations. These experiences have granted Amy the knowledge and ability to meet clients where they are. She has an open, active, therapeutic approach. In order to continue her passion as a therapist, mentor/educator and to better meet the needs of the community Amy expanded her practice to Core Wellness in 2022. At Core Wellness, our therapists are all trauma informed. Many have been trained in and/or are working on their EMDR certification. We have worked with an array clients going through many struggles; abandonment, physical and sexual abuse, traumatic loss of a child, grief and loss of a loved one, miscarriage and infertility, racial discrimination and abuse.
We are so happy you have taken your first step to emotional healing. We are a trauma/solution focused therapy practice. Understanding the first step to treatment is the most difficult, please, feel free to reach out to us and we will answer any of your concerns.
