Change can feel scary and stressful. Standing at a crossroads can feel uncertain and overwhelming. Like the lotus, we can move through the fear, sadness, anger, pain, and uncertainty that times of transition can bring. With hope and resilience, we too can move through change, loss, grief, anxiety, sadness, fear, and trauma.
