My goal is to assist my clients in navigating the challenges that life presents to each of us. Our minds can become stuck in the “on” position when we are overwhelmed by unexpected changes or disappointments in daily life. Life can become difficult. When our fear network is in overdrive, we can experience a wide range of negative emotions My goal as your therapist is to work with you collaboratively, to disarm and dispel unhelpful ways of coping with life challenges.
My psychotherapy approach is eclectic and includes techniques from CBT, Trauma Focused CBT, DBT, ACT, Motivational Interviewing, Behavioral interventions, Brief Solution Focused and Family Systems. I empower clients to manage their mental health by fostering healthier thinking patterns and coping strategies.
Through personalized, client-centered therapy, I create a supportive and non-judgmental space where clients can openly explore their thoughts and feelings. I prioritize each individual’s unique needs, providing active listening, empathy, and guidance. Together, we work to identify strengths and achieve personal goals for lasting positive change.
