About
Life is a constant process of change-and sometimes that change can seem so overwhelming that we may feel too stuck to move. I work with individuals who recognize that growth is needed; however, the fear of change can make us compare ourselves to others, silence us from saying what our heart needs to say, stop us from growing, and imprison us with the "what ifs". My job is to help you find your inner strength and voice to grow, break unhealthy habits, reach goals, and recover from the pain of your past.
I specialize in cognitive behavioral therapy, EMDR, and mindfulness strategies to overcome trauma, depression, anxiety, addiction, and relationship problems. I work with individuals and couples that may feel crippled by past pain, living with addiction, stuck in unhealthy relationships, or are recovering from a recent divorce/partner breakup.
I accept the following insurances, Medicare, Tricare, and Humana, and offer private pay sessions via a sliding scale. Therapy is fully confidential.
