About
Are you feeling overwhelmed, overstimulated, and burnt out? Maybe there is a constant feeling of being on edge, and irritated. Sometimes we don't even know why we feel this way, and these feelings can lead to unhelpful patterns and cycles that cause us to feel stuck and hopeless. To break out of the pattern, you need to first address the feelings. The good news is you don't need to do that alone. Through therapy, we can work together to develop new patterns, a sense of self, and a path for growth.
Therapy isn't just about talking, it takes hard work to build self awareness and make changes toward healing. Exploring how we respond to stress is a good indicator of our emotional health. By working from a trauma-informed perspective, I can help you better understand your responses and reactions that can feel confusing.
Participating in therapy is courageous work. I feel honored to have walked alongside so many individuals and couples who have found a better understanding and healing from past hurt and trauma. I would love to walk alongside you through the journey toward mental wellness.
