About
What is a childhood memory that makes you smile and instantly happy? I heard this question on the radio some time ago. And at that moment, I honestly had no response. Over time I realized the answer was there. I had just buried it under the muck and mess of my childhood experiences. I believe the adult we become is the sum of our childhood experiences- both good and bad.
My nine years as a school counselor has taught me children and adults alike carry psychological baggage. My goal and passion is to help unpack that baggage by providing the proper tools to become the best version of themselves.
Let me help you, your child, or both start the journey of healing today.
