Dr. Amy Kay Cole holds a PhD in clinical psychology with expertise in the management of anxiety, trauma, mood impairment, and relationships. She specializes in the non-pharmacological treatment of anxiety disorders and depression.
Dr. Cole views the therapeutic alliance as the primary agent of change.
