Hi! I'm glad you're here! I have a bachelor's degree in Psychology from Mississippi State University and a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Colorado Denver. I am dedicated to healing through trauma-informed care utilizing Internal Family Systems (IFS) interventions, attachment focused care, and a person-centered approach. I have vast experience with those struggling with childhood wounds, past abuse (verbal, physical, emotional, and sexual), interpersonal issues, and eating disorders.
My passion is providing a safe space for your deepest pain. I specialize in complex trauma and those suffering from symptoms of PTSD. I have 6 years of experience with eating disorders at the residential, PHP, and IOP levels of care. I also have experience with mood disorders, suicidal ideation, self-harm, anxiety, and personality disorders.
I have a direct yet compassionate approach to therapy and strive to provide a warm yet boundaried environment for clients. It is my hope that you leave our sessions feeling encouraged, validated, and ready for change in your life. I am a firm believer that we are all deserving of healing, no matter how deep the suffering.
