I possess a Masters of Arts in Transpersonal Psychology with a concentration in Art Therapy from Naropa University in Boulder, CO and over 10 years of experience in counseling with specialties including DBT, Mindfulness, and Art Therapy modalities.
We’re not defined by a diagnosis but by how we navigate symptoms. These symptoms can reveal challenges with worthiness and relational patterns. My approach uses small shifts to calm anxiety, clear obstacles, and create big impacts, empowering you to live a life you love.
