I love to work with adults, adolescents/pre-teens & couples using Person-Centered talk therapy with Psychodynamic, Existential, Mindfulness & Behavioral approaches within a compassionate, holistic framework. I am a down to earth therapist who believes in the healing power of the therapeutic relationship & the incredible work we can do together as a team.

I help clients navigate anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, grief, trauma, social anxiety, menopause, life transitions, narcissistic abuse recovery, marital & relationship matters, self-esteem, anger management & addiction/recovery concerns.
