I specialize in the areas of anxiety, depression, PTSD, health anxiety and chronic illness and attachment issues.
I am trained in trauma informed therapy, mindfulness based stress reduction, anxiety and depression. I offer Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy. Through the use of various techniques including, retraining our thought process to reduce over thinking, self consciousness, social anxiety, fears, and feeling overwhelmed and isolated.
