It is my belief that many people struggle through their days with feelings of stress and anxiety to the point where they begin to accept it as a normal part of their lives. I'm here to tell you it doesn't have to be. Oftentimes, the thought of finding a therapist you can relate to seems more daunting than your current daily struggles. You continue to live in a cloud of overwhelm, struggling to make it through each day and hoping tomorrow will be better... but it's not.
I work with couples, teens and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, self-esteem issues, and past trauma. We will work together to uncover the root causes of these feelings and learn new ways of thinking and coping. Why do you feel like this?
