Our practice focuses on working with children, adolescents, and adults on an individual basis and their families in family counseling when needed. Counseling for couples is also offered. We utilize a person centered approach and individualized care and treatment to each client and family. We have a number of years of experience in working with children and adults who have experienced the foster care system, adoption, and trauma as well as clients who are struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, and/or attachment. We enjoy seeing the progress our clients can make and getting to see their perspective on life.
Talk therapy and play therapy is offered in a non-judgmental, safe environment to help to explore current life stressors as well as provide a safe nurturing environment for the clients we work with. Our main focus is to help the our clients live happy, healthy lives with the necessary supports to do so.
We truly love our work. We love to see how our clients view life and want to help them through difficult times, build skills to help them be more resilient, and develop the skills to have happy, healthy and safe lives.
