Welcome! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Wisconsin. I focus on creating a safe and supportive space where clients can tackle their challenges and make positive changes. I specialize in working with individuals who have co-occurring disorders and can help with a wide range of mental health and substance use issues. Throughout my career, I've worked with diverse clients and have a lot of experience helping people who are dealing with substance abuse, anxiety, trauma, depression, life transitions, stress, self-esteem issues, and other challenges.
I have experience working with substance use disorders and with clients dealing with co-occurring mental health challenges. I utilize evidence-based techniques and interventions are tailored to each client's unique needs.
