I’ll be honest: I don’t think there’s anything wrong with you, and I don’t think individual therapy is the answer. I imagine you are doing your best to be ok in a very unwell culture – a culture of shame & toxic individualism, a system designed to make us forget who we are, and what's important. I believe in a future where we will remember our connections to each other, ourselves, our planet, and heal in community. Til then, though, I’m here with you. I work from the basic belief that I don’t know what you need, but together we will find it. What if healing isn't about doing more, but about un-becoming everything that is not you?
