안녕하세요! Hi, I’m Amy Lee, a licensed marriage and family therapist passionate about supporting individuals and couples through life’s challenges. For over 15 years, I have had the privilege of supporting individuals on their journey toward healing and growth at mental health clinics, a school, and nonprofit organizations. I’ve also had the opportunity to live in several countries, which has helped equip me with strong cultural sensitivity as a therapist. I help clients move beyond unhelpful patterns, reconnect with themselves, and build healthier relationships—so they can experience greater confidence, emotional freedom, and balance.
I integrate a range of therapeutic approaches, including Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, CBT, psychodynamic therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and Imago Relationship Therapy (IRT). Each session is thoughtfully tailored to your unique needs, providing a safe and supportive space to process, integrate, and grow from your experiences.
