After navigating the last two decades of my own chronic illness and disability, I’m honored to support others whose lives have not gone according to plan. I offer clients authentic connection, compassion, and respect while exploring their unique struggles and strengths. I provide collaborative practice to make meaningful choices in the face of loss and grief. I currently have telehealth and in-person openings for Montana residents and would love to talk to you about working together!
Chronic illness, disability, and medical trauma are my primary specialties. I also have a passion for supporting clients with perinatal mental health, parenting challenges, dementia, grief, loss, and LGBTQIA+ issues. I am well-versed in the challenges of the ag industry and committed to supporting farmers.
I'm very lucky to be a mom after challenges with infertility, loss, and birth trauma, and I have a certification in perinatal mental health. I've also studied and taught RIE/respectful parenting methods. I am a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, sex positive, and very openhearted in supporting your choices.

Groups
Montana ME/CFS and Long Covid Support Group
For people living with ME/CFS and/or Long Covid (those with closely associated, disabling chronic illnesses are welcome too, and an official diagnosis is not necessary to participate). This group is about being seen, being believed, sharing challenges and resources. Meets virtually every other Friday (2nd and 4th of the month) at 3pm, for people living anywhere in Montana, starting on July 10th, 2026.
