I am a licensed therapist with over 6 years of counseling experience. I believe that any number of life events can make it difficult to "show up" in our relationships, workplaces, and for ourselves the way we want to. I love working with individuals to help them identify the things that keep them from living a life they love. I specialize in helping people with depression, ADHD, grief, parenting issues, and adjusting to life transitions, as well as those struggling with their faith and how they view the world.
I received my Master's degree in Counseling from Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary. I approach therapy using cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and a solutions-focused (SFT) approach.
As someone with professional experience who has needed support in showing up as my "best self," I understand the importance of having a judgment-free space to learn more about who you are and what you need to be successful, as you define it.
