I have a private practice that serves a variety of needs both in person and virtually - www.oakhavenok.carrd.co. I strive to help clients explore physical, emotional, social, spiritual, intellectual and environmental areas of their life to discover what is and is not working then we shine a light on the problem(s), work through rational and irrational thinking and, ultimately, begin to plan problem-solving behaviors and strategies that promote healing, peace and hope in their lives. I am certified to provide premarital counseling as well. I enjoy working with individuals, couples and families of all ages and stages of life.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Life Coach and SYMBIS facilitator helping clients to set specific, achievable and realistic goals and the steps that move them in the direction of their goals as well as those struggling with anxiety, depression, self esteem/worth and relationship problems.
My first priority is to meet you with positive regard, and to help you feel welcome and safe. I provide a space that is warm, nonjudgmental and calming.
