I will help you sift through all of the noise to determine what actually matters to you, which may involve taking a step back, slowing down, listening to your body, and finding inner peace. I begin every therapeutic relationship by helping you determine your values - the things that are most important to YOU! From there, we will work together to build habits that bring you closer to achieving your very best life.
I bring 7 years of experience as a therapist, and have practiced at residential, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and outpatient levels of care. I believe the therapeutic relationship is the single most important factor in achieving success in therapy, and I will ensure that you feel supported, and that we are aligned in achieving your goals.
Life is challenging, and you shouldn't have to go it alone. I will aid you in navigating barriers to help you build self-awareness and self-compassion. I use a warm, yet direct approach. Together, we will defuse from unhelpful thoughts and behavior patterns, identify your strengths, and increase your sense self-worth for an improved outlook on life.
