I am a licensed Clinical Social Worker with 20 years experience working with individuals, children and families who often struggle with emotional regulation and feelings of anxiety, stress, grief, depression and loneliness. I am a trained crises prevention counselor, as well as being Nationally Certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
