I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who practices from a person-centered, strengths-based approach. This means I see you as a whole person, honor your unique experiences, and work collaboratively with you to identify and pursue your treatment goals. I deeply value the trust clients place in me and strive to create a safe, empathetic, and nonjudgmental space for healing. I believe that genuine connection and rapport are the foundation of effective therapy.
I have extensive experience working with trauma, depression, anxiety, OCD, relational stress, life transitions, and general stressors.
I am certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), trained in cognitive, person-centered, and many other types of therapy, but I believe connection and rapport are of primary importance when establishing our therapeutic relationship. I welcome the integration of spirituality into therapy when it feels meaningful for you.
As a social worker, I take a whole-person perspective, which may include offering referrals or resources that support your overall well-being. I consider it a privilege to walk alongside clients on their healing journey, and I take that responsibility to heart. Your concerns matter, and I am here to support you with compassion and respect.
