About
Connecting with our past and present experiences is an important part to understanding how this has shaped us into who we are today. It can help aid in positive growth and change. To accomplish this, I believe we must take a wholesome approach to therapeutic techniques. By doing so, it allows integration of different psychotherapy orientations, such as mindfulness practices, cognitive behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, DBT and breathing/breath-work when appropriate, to best support your needs.
Working with these approaches you will learn to clear your mind of clutter and make room for a deeper interpersonal trust and feel confident with distinguishing the difference between the voice of your mind from the voice of your truth.
I invite those who are looking to continue to gain self-awareness and insight, shed old patterns and seek change while deepening their understanding on how to bring a deeper perspective and understanding of their world.
