When any type of mental health or emotional concern affects daily life and function, seeing a therapist can be a source for self-care. Therapy can help you learn about what you're feeling, why you might be feeling it, and how to cope.
Every individual is unique and so should their treatment in a therapeutic setting. I work a lot with cognitive behavioral approaches and solution focused therapies but I am a big believer in feeling comfortable and free to express yourself in a therapy session. I work hard to make sure that environment is provided for my Clients.
The hardest part of anything is getting started, but just by reading this you have already started the process. I am happy to take your call, or answer your email and schedule your appointment.
