They feel like an imposter and are tired of masking who they are. Past challenges/traumas impact them, through avoidance of scenarios and unwanted memories. I specialize in working with 20 to 30 something women and nonbinary folks navigating disconnection from themselves and the natural world, and hoping to better understand and accommodate their neurodivergence. I offer outdoor nature sessions, and am trained in modalities (IFS, ART) designed to aid with processing trauma.

Counseling can help us increase our understanding of ourselves, acknowledge the source of our challenges, and allow us to heal through authentic and compassionate connection. It can help us create opportunities for safety and joy and experience more fulfilling lives and relationships. I would be honored to be a part of this journey with you.
