I believe in creating a therapeutic environment based on genuineness, unconditional acceptance, and empathetic understanding. I utilize an integrative theoretical approach based on the individual needs of my clients. I have experience working with clients in areas including, but not limited to, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, divorce, relationship issues, trauma, and life-transitions, in individual, couples, and group settings.
